Basically, I believe that Aaron's people can feed you as much intelligence as need be on Nikitin's activities to justify the US's intervention.

The problem is that from what I gather... this bank's activities are out of our jurisdiction. I don't even see how the Treasury could intervene.

What if they destabilize Europe's markets... Won't this affect the US economy.
