We can't get to him in Dubai. Not directly, nor through their official channels... So we need I guess the US Treasury Department or even your agency to be break him.

Basically, I believe that Aaron's people can feed you as much intelligence as need be on Nikitin's activities to justify the US's intervention.

The problem is that from what I gather... this bank's activities are out of our jurisdiction. I don't even see how the Treasury could intervene.

What if they destabilize Europe's markets... Won't this affect the US economy.

Not automatically... and it's not necessarily bad... I mean for the US interests.

Well our interest is that Nikitin does not extend his reach, wealth and power.
