OUTLINE
Succeeding beyond expectations, Jouni, the improvised spy gets deeply involved in the case which migrates from Land to Air to Water to Cyberspace.
Allegiances get mixed up as interest, attraction and conscience intersect.

The Citation X rolls in by Hangar One on the Moffett tarmac.
INTERIOR, UAV CONTROL ROOM, NELLIS AFB, LAS VEGAS
The USAF Major stands next to a sitting Airman operating a satellite camera through a monitor a vehicles approaching the parked Citation X on the Moffett tarmac. Monitor #1 and #2 still show the USAF Colonel and the INR Agent.
Monitor #2 (INR)
I thought that this airport was Navy or NASA? We're granting entry to Chinese spooks on our bases through the main gate!
USAF Major
(intervening)
The FAA feed shows that they got landing clearance though a Nasa code.
Monitor #1 (USAF Colonel)

It appears that the guys from Bubble park several of their jets at Moffatt though a special deal with NASA.
Monitor #2 (INR)
(looking at the image showing 2 persons descending from the plane. One of them is tagged by a flashing dot)
Well, at least now we know where their heading. Which one is Wilson?
USAF Major
The one with the blue marker.

Barry, a man in his 30's, gets out of his Tesla Roadster to welcome John and his people as they descend onto the tarmac.
Barry
(loud, as the Citation's engine still turn)
John... Good to see you. How was Vegas? Didn't leave too much behind?
John
I think I even gained. (inviting Jouni to step in front) Let me introduce you to my American friend, Jouni. She's also from California, like you.
Barry
Barry Cage... Welcome home. So, where in California?
Jouni
(smiling)
I grew up in Alameda.
Barry
Nice. This bay is magical. I'm actually from Michigan.
John
So, this is your Airport!
Barry
(amused)
Well, not quite, but very convenient. 2 miles from the office! Let me show you around. (to Jouni). Ever visited Hangar One.
Jouni
Yes, as a kid. My father was in the Navy.
John
(as they all start walking toward Hangar One)
Wow... what do you store in there Barry? You're money?
Barry
Our money is not real, John... Unlike yours. This hangar was built in the 30s to house the USS Macon as Jouni must know.
John
Some kind of pre-StarTrek vessel?
Barry
(smiling)
Right. No, more like our version of the Hindenburg.

(looking at the roof, then at Jouni)
My dear, would you mind terribly if we'd abandon you for an hour or so. My friend and I have some boring business stuff to talk about.
Jouni
(sarcastic and amused)
Let the men talk. I'll take a stroll by those salt ponds we saw from the air. (to John) Buzz me when your done. (to Barry, extending her hand) It was brief but very pleasurable to meet you Barry.
Barry

INTERIOR, UAV CONTROL ROOM, NELLIS AFB, LAS VEGAS
Jouni's flashing blue dot appears on the monitor exiting the south gate of Hangar One.
Airmen
There she goes.
Monitor #2 (INR)
Where is she going now. She left them inside. Should we call her now.
Monitor #1 (USAF Colonel)
Too risky. She's got a regular unsecured cell not to raise questions if it was ever seized. The call could be tapped.

This is not an evil scheme, John, it's vision. We both know that the future is not in trademark, copyright or branding. Let your government fight mine while we carry our business, without borders. It's not our war.
John

Barry
I think we're way beyond America, beyond the West versus the East, John.
John
I grew up on an island next to the longest living Empire the world has seen. And we've survived for so long only because we've been feeding the monster. You gotta feed yours... (looking toward the other end of the hangar where Jouni exited) Who do you think she works for?
Barry
No idea. I though she was your new girlfriend?
John
Yes, but she also works for your government. She was on the US government's payroll until very recently.
Barry
(looking towards the end of the haggard)

John
Could be! Let's keep her in the loop anyways. She's fun to be with.

Jouni is performing a headstand on a levee surrounded by multi-colored ponds.
EXTERIOR, MOFFETT FEDERAL AIRFIELD, MOUNTAIN VIEW, CALIFORNIA
John is driven by Barry to the end of the runaway near the ponds.
Barry
(as John exits the Tesla)

John

(arriving next to Jouni now in a Lotus position)

Jouni

John is sailing a wooden speed boat through the San Francisco Bay as standing Jouni's hair is blowing in the wind.
They pass by Alameda, Alcatraz and under the Golden Gate Bridge.
Jouni falls asleep on the passenger seat

John ties up the speed boat to a extended wooden pier.

(looking at old wooden houses along the beach)

John smiles as he helps Jouni out of the boat. They start walking on the pier.
John
(looking at the track-like pier)
Western civilization reached California because chinamen laid thousand of miles of tracks across this land. We built the American Dream. Nail by nail, now chip by chip. Millions of of us. That's what we've learned for centuries... and that's what we know best... Moving forward.
Jouni
And all those people are part of the same dream. Wave after wave of newcomers. It was and still is their dearest wish.
John
Dreams and wishes are valid parts in this equation. But not the key ingredient to move forward. Even knowledge is overstated.
Jouni
(grabbing John arm as the reach land)

The world is changing Jouni. Their are no opponents anymore. It's a big playground with multiple balls, multiple nets and players switching shirts as they move. (pick grass from the field) As long as grass grows, you can score. Obviously the faster ones will score more, but not because of the color of their skin, or because they belong to a particular team, but because of their work and of the collective work.

I didn't expect the CEO from one of the world's largest company to quote Marten Luther King and Marxist idealists.
John
(smiling)
I didn't expect an American spy to practice Yoga.
Jouni smiles, then looks down.
